  • We have a standard handling time of 3 business days for processing and preparing your order. This time is separate from the shipping timeframe and starts from the date your payment is successfully confirmed.

  • Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping couriers, delivery times are as follows:
    • DHL Express: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
    • FedEx Express: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and do not include the 3-day handling period. While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs clearance.

Shipping Couriers

We partner with DHL Express and FedEx Express to provide reliable and efficient shipping services worldwide. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package until it arrives at your doorstep.

2. Customs Duties and Taxes
